Yes, all our VPS plans are fully upgradeable to the higher plan at any time. Just drop us a ticket via Client's Panel and we will upgrade your VPS within 24 hours after invoice payment. The downgrade of your VPS plan is not possible due to technical reasons (risk of data/filesystem corruption).
