Cloud VPS - monthly availability: 99.95%
Public Cloud - monthly availability: 99.95%

Monthly availability is calculated as follows:

(TMPM - MUPM) / TMPM * 100%

TMPM - total number of minutes per month
MUPM - minutes o unavailability per month

The SLA level of 99.95% uptime/availability results in the following periods of allowed downtime/unavailability:
